Generative AI
In collaboration, I helped initiate and lead three Generative AI use cases at SBB starting in 2023. In 2025, the third and most impactful project – the SBB Chatbot – officially launched. Built entirely in-house, this 24/7 chatbot improves customer service by handling most inquiries autonomously, freeing up staff for complex cases. It features real-time access to SBB knowledge, smart timetable linking, automated editorial feedback loops, and a custom GenAI evaluation pipeline.
